Job Description:We are looking for an exceptional Senior React Native Developer who will take ownership of designing and developing advanced cross-platform mobile applications. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant applications. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development and maintenance of robust cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.</li><li>Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Implement and integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.</li><li>Maintain code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.</li><li>Optimize application performance and address potential bottlenecks.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high coding standards.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.</li></ul>
 Required Skills: <ul><li>Strong expertise in JavaScript, React Native, and React, with 5+ years of development experience.</li><li>Team management experience</li><li>Extensive experience of architecting of mobile/tablet/TV and AR.</li><li>Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.</li><li>Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling complex data structures in JSON.</li><li>Strong understanding of Android development and familiarity with native build tools (Gradle, Xcode).</li><li>Mastery of Git and version control workflows.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven leadership and mentoring experience.</li></ul>
