The Marketing Lead CN / 高级营销主管 at Outfit7's Shanghai branch is responsible for developing and overseeing the annual game brand and mobile game product distribution plan, allocating budget and resources to ensure ROI as per HQ guidelines.  This role involves leading the execution, rollout, optimization, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns based on China market insights.  The successful candidate will build and manage the China marketing team, covering product marketing (games, content, etc.), user acquisition, brand management, and creative aspects.  They will serve as the operational and strategic link between the China office and headquarters, maintaining marketing performance reporting and communication.
