Salary : 50,000 Rs/Month (Fixed) Job Description:We are currently seeking a Ads Manager who will be responsible for managing advertising and spending on E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket etc. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a creative mindset to drive sales through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies. Main Responsibilities of a Advertising Manager:* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on E commerce platforms to drive sales and revenue growth.* Utilise analytics tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and improvement.* Analyse data to understand customer behaviour, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to drive sales.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and development to create engaging and effective marketing materials.* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Key Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.* Previous experience working in handling AMS and Amazon Pi * Strong experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns, including Google ads and meta ads.* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.* Creative and strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and a solid understanding of digital marketing frameworks. Additional Information:* The position is based in Ahmedabad. So candidates in Ahmedabad are preferred. * Willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
