Lead Engineer

As Lead Engineer, you'll spearhead the technical development of Mystic Kingdoms, a mobile MOBA. Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, architecting and implementing core game systems, ensuring quality through code reviews and best practices, optimizing game performance across devices, and staying updated on advancements in game technology. This role requires 5+ years of Unity programming experience in a game studio, with a shipped mobile game.  Deep understanding of Unity, C#, real-time multiplayer development, mobile optimization, and MOBA game mechanics are crucial.
