Roles and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals,providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster their growth and development.</li><li>Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.</li><li>Oversee the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding materials, website designs, social media content, and OOH</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and digital marketing, product development, and city teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of creative messaging and branding.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising, and incorporate them into our creative process.</li><li>Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.</li></ul>
Skill <ul><li>Bachelor degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field; </li><li>15 years at least of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an</li></ul>
 advertising agency or creative studio. <ul><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, with a focus on</li></ul>
 innovative design solutions and effective communication strategies. <ul><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,</li></ul>
 Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools and platforms. <ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate</li></ul>
 creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients. <ul><li>Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-</li></ul>
 performing teams. <ul><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet</li></ul>
 deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
