About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for the product engineering team who will play a key role in our new suite of GenAI applications that leverage our in-house ML models to solve problems for our customers. 🏆 Responsibilities <ul><li>Code, design, test and deploy in a heterogeneous technology environment.</li><li>Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, ensuring best engineering practices</li><li>Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables</li><li>Conduct code reviews, adhering to coding standards</li><li>Own the product and feature builds end to end from concept to deployment.</li><li>Optimize and improve existing backend systems for speed, efficiency, and scalability</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth</li><li>Drive frequent innovation and ideation, experimenting with proof of concepts to bring new ideas and technologies to the team</li></ul>
 ✅ Requirements <ul><li>B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent</li><li>3+ years’ experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on customer facing products</li><li>Expertise in Python with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new languages</li><li>Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgresql etc. </li><li>Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Cloudfront, SQS and more</li><li>Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana etc</li><li>Experience with A/B testing tools, with a keen interest in experimenting with new ideas and staged releases for control user groups. </li><li>Bonus: Foundational knowledge in fundamentals of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence</li><li>Good problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Should be able to find the right balance between perfection and speed of execution</li><li>Self-starter and self-learner, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment while continuously evaluating emerging technologies</li></ul>
