Business Development Manager/Sales

As Business Development Manager/Sales at rcp, you'll sell game projects to publishers and clients worldwide, securing partnerships and work-for-hire deals. You'll also act as a BizBuddy to selected studios, shaping long-term strategy and contributing to core decision-making. Responsibilities include business development, pitching projects, customer solutions, evaluating feasibility, client acquisition, market trend analysis, and exploring business expansion. Strong sales experience, game industry knowledge, and communication skills are essential. This role offers significant influence on studio strategy and outcomes.
