                            <ul><li><p>3-5 years of experience as a Backend Developer</p></li><li><p>Experience working in agile development teams</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of relational databases</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of message brokers</p></li><li><p>Experience working with microservice-based systems</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of at least one backend language</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with code versioning tools such as git<br><br></p><h3><strong><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What would make you stand out?</span></strong></h3><ul><li><p>Strong experience in Go</p></li><li><p>Experience with PostgreSQL</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of underlying web technologies (HTTP, TCP, QUIC)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Apache Kafka</p></li><li><p>Experience with Kubernetes and Agones</p></li><li><p>Experience with Infrastructure as Code</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Google Cloud</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with GitLab</p></li><li><p>An eye for architecture and long-term maintainability</p></li><li><p>Previous employment in the gaming industry</p></li><li><p>Sim racing experience and passion</p></li></ul></li></ul>
