The Role You Will Be Responsible For <ul><li>Script Development: Collaborate with writers and producers to develop and refine scripts. Provide input on story structure, character development, and dialogue.</li><li>Pre-production Planning: Work with production designers, costume designers, and other key crew members to plan and prepare for filming. Create shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules.</li><li>Directing Actors: Guide actors in their performances to ensure they effectively portray their characters and convey the desired emotions and intentions.</li><li>Cinematography: Work closely with the director of photography to establish the visual style of the film. Make decisions regarding camera angles, lighting, and composition.</li><li>On-set Management: Oversee all aspects of production on set, including directing the crew, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that filming stays on schedule and within budget.</li><li>Post-production Supervision: Collaborate with editors and sound designers during the post-production process. Provide input on editing decisions, sound design, and visual effects.</li><li>Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the creative team, including writers, producers, and editors, to ensure that the final product aligns with the overall vision of the film.</li><li>Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during filming or post-production. Adapt to changes in schedule, budget, or creative direction as needed. </li></ul>
Ideal Profile Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience in film making, with a portfolio of completed projects</li><li>Strong creative vision and storytelling skills</li><li>Experience in screenwriting, art direction and visual concepts</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication abilities</li><li>Proficiency with film production equipment and techniques</li><li>Knowledge of industry trends and best practices</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in film, communication, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Passionate about learning along with a good music sense </li><li>Proficiency with storyboarding, referencing and direction</li><li>Basic knowledge of editing, animation and music softwares</li><li>Freshers with relatable experience in film making are welcome to apply </li></ul>
