Sawhorse Interactive seeks an Associate Marketing Manager to lead Go-to-Market campaigns for custom-built UGC games and metaverse experiences, primarily on Roblox.  This role requires strong project management, team collaboration, budget oversight, and market awareness, with a passion for gaming and emerging media.

This role emphasizes project management and campaign leadership across custom-built, user-generated content (UGC) games and metaverse experiences. With a primary focus on Roblox, you will help design and execute multi-channel campaigns, taking Sawhorse’s experiences to the next level in gaming and metaverse marketing. As the company continues building best-in-class experiences for top brands, artists, and TV and film titles, You will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the execution of Go-to-Market campaigns for the marketing department. Knowledge of all major UGC gaming and metaverse platforms is key.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>This position requires a strong strategic mindset, attention to detail and a track record of organization and ownership. Alongside the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for gaming and emerging media.<br></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Project Management</strong>: Lead the execution of 360 Go-to-Market campaigns, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful launches.</li> <li> <strong>Team Collaboration</strong>: Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Post-Production teams, aligning asset development with marketing strategy.</li> <li> <strong>Budget Oversight</strong>: Support marketing campaign budgeting to ensure goals are met and funds are allocated efficiently.</li> <li> <strong>Cross-Functional Pipeline Development</strong>: Innovate and build workflows to streamline operations and enhance collaboration across departments.</li> <li> <strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Foster relationships with vendors, influencers, and brand partners to strengthen campaign reach and impact.</li> <li> <strong>Paid Media Management</strong>: Own strategies and reporting across core advertising platforms to optimize campaign performance.</li> <li> <strong>Community Management</strong>: Guide the Community Manager in crafting narratives and strategies aligned with primary campaign goals.</li> <li> <strong>Market Awareness</strong>: Stay updated on trends in gaming culture and emerging media, particularly within Roblox and the metaverse.</li> </ul></div></section><section aria-labelledby="job-requirements-title" class="styles--3vx-H" data-ui="job-requirements"><h2 id="job-requirements-title">Requirements</h2><div><p>A strong candidate for this position should have the following qualities:</p><ul> <li>Minimum 3 years in high-scale project management in advertising, marketing, or entertainment.</li> <li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment or a related field</li> <li>Experience leading and influencing cross functional teams in a fast pace environment</li> <li>1+ years of experience managing teams</li> <li>Experience leading product Go-to-Market campaigns from conception to fulfillment</li> <li>Strong and professional writing skill set with experience regularly presenting to executive audiences</li> <li>Passion for gaming and web3 space</li> <li>Ability to anticipate needs and the organizational skills necessary to keep up with several unique projects at once</li> <li>Detail-oriented and proactive, with the demonstrated ability to work independently</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines</li> <li>Proficient in social media and digital media</li> <li>Knowledge of the gaming industry, gaming culture, and Roblox is highly desired</li> </ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Nice To Haves</strong></p><ul> <li>Enthusiasm for emerging media, technology, and the metaverse</li> <li>Agency experience highly preferred</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of the Roblox and Fortnite community expectations</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of web3 platforms</li> <li>Experience with digital fashion on Roblox, Zepeto, Decentraland, or similar avatar platforms</li> <li>Experience in gen AI, AR, VR etc a plus</li> </ul><p></p><p>Our office is located in Los Angeles. You will have the option to work from our office or remotely.
