We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.Join us as we pave the way for a new era in home decor!To know more visit:<a class="app-aware-link " target="_blank" href="http://kyari.co/" data-test-app-aware-link="">www.kyari.co</a>www.selectbrands.in Key Responsibilities Areas: <ul><li>Plan and execute Meta, Google &amp; Snapchat ads</li><li>Measure and create reporting for campaign performance against goals (ROI, CPC, CTR, CPM etc).</li><li>Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.</li><li>Brainstorm new growth strategies through new avenue for paid traffic and apps to analyze and optimize the traffic</li><li>Execute experiments and conversion tests, measuring outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages.</li><li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.</li><li>Identify critical conversion and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.</li></ul>
 Desired Skills - <ul><li>Experience in setting up and optimizing on Meta, Google &amp; Snapchat.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in performance marketing. And experience in D2C commerce brand would be a plus</li><li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels</li><li>Ability to brainstorm and develop new growth strategies through paid channels</li><li>Ability to measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, and identify trends and insights</li><li>Experience in executing experiments and conversion tests, and measuring outcomes.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Hotjar, Coeee would be a plus.</li></ul>
