 As a Software Development Engineer IV on the Core Platform Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and managing the common services that drive all our products. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology infrastructure and contribute to the success of our products. System Architecture and Design: <ul><li>Architect the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and resilient common services for the entire product suite</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices.</li></ul>
 Software Development: <ul><li>Write lean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, and other relevant technologies</li><li>Drive the development and optimization of database schemas using MySQL and Snowflake.</li><li>Architect and implement robust data processing pipelines using Kafka and other cutting-edge technologies</li></ul>
 Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.</li></ul>
 lCollaboration and Communication: <ul><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.</li></ul>
 Infrastructure and Cloud Services: <ul><li>Utilize AWS services to architect, deploy, and manage the infrastructure supporting the core platform.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based deployments for performance and reliability. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (8-14 years) in architecting scalable Software Systems.</li><li>Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed systems.</li><li>Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding development teams.</li><li>In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, and industry best practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to contribute innovative ideas.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.</li></ul>
