The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the communities for current and future titles. They will be the driving force behind the community and social strategies of Shiro Games. Responsibilities include developing community management strategies to foster growth, engagement, and loyalty of players; managing existing communities and helping to develop new ones; recommending new strategies to interact with players on platforms like Discord, Tiktok, and Reddit; analyzing and reporting community feedback; coordinating content creation; building relationships with influencers; managing events and live content; and creating a corporate communication strategy. This role involves working closely with the marketing director and development teams. The position is in-person and based in Bordeaux.

Vous serez directement rattaché(e) à notre directeur marketing et travaillerez sur plusieurs projets en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement.
Les principales missions :
<ul><li>Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de gestion de communauté pour favoriser la croissance, l’engagement et la fidélisation de nos joueurs</li><li>Gérer les communautés existantes et aider au développement de nouvelles communautés et de stratégies d’engagement communautaire pour nos futurs produits</li><li>Recommander et mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles stratégies pour interagir avec nos joueurs sur Discord, Tiktok Reddit, etc.</li><li>Analyser et rapporter les commentaires, préoccupations et suggestions de la communauté et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de production pour prioritiser le déploiement des corrections de bugs et développement des fonctionnalités</li><li>Coordonner et gérer la création de contenu du studio dédié à la communauté</li><li>Construire et consolider la relation avec les influenceurs</li><li>Gérer la conception, l’organisation et présentation d’événements , de jeux en streaming et d’autres contenus en direct</li><li>Créer et exécuter notre stratégie de communication corporate sur les réseaux</li><li>Partager votre savoir-faire et vos meilleures pratiques avec nos deux community managers</li></ul>
<h2>Et vous ?</h2>
 Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de communauté PC / console dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo. Vous avez acquis de solides connaissances des plateformes de médias sociaux actuelles / émergentes et des techniques de communication digitale Vous avez le sens de l’initiative et une réflexion proactive pour résoudre les problèmes grâce à :
<ul><li>Une solide compréhension des sentiments des joueurs et de l’importance d’un développement centré sur la communauté</li><li>Des compétences rédactionnelles et éditoriales impeccables en français et anglais Doté(e) d’ une excellente communication, vous aimez échanger avec vos pairs et les métiers de la production et vous faites preuve d’une volonté d’explorer et de transmettre ! Votre + : Une expérience de Photoshop et des outils de création d’assets ( statique + vidéo)</li></ul>
