As a Project Manager in Sigma Software's AdTech team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple teams, including engineering, product, threat intelligence, detention, and customer success management. You will work closely with engineering leadership to develop project plans, drive change and efficiency, and ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will also create project management best practices and provide internal training. Key responsibilities include facilitating scrum events, managing risks, planning required hires, and contributing to the company's development through PMO and PM training input.

Drive change and efficiency with internal and external partners  &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects that span across multiple teams in the organization, including engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success  &nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate all ceremonies and scrum events  &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards &nbsp;</li><li>Create project management best practices, tool selection, templates, and rules of engagement among stakeholders and provide internal training to teams  &nbsp;</li><li>Create transparent and easy-to-read documentation, including various types of reports  &nbsp;</li><li>Plan, manage, and monitor the project’s execution. Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget  &nbsp;</li><li>Provide high-quality project risk analysis; track, act upon, and communicate risks properly to your customers  &nbsp;</li><li>Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting Team, ensure onboarded people’s professional growth  &nbsp;</li><li>Drive continuous improvements within the Competence Center and contribute to the process and company development through PMO and PM training input  &nbsp;</li><li>Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management  &nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the project’s life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>At least 3 years of commercial experience in project management, with a deep focus on technology  &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills: ability to lead complex projects and coordinate across cross-functional teams and job functions; being structured, consistent, and concise  &nbsp;</li><li>Strong sense of ownership, which drives you to find ways to do things better, faster, and cheaper  &nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience in SDLC Methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall)  &nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in setting up Scrum processes, coaching the team towards excellence, and a high level of maturity   &nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Project Management processes, techniques, tools, and approaches (risk management, estimations, planning, monitoring, control, etc.)    &nbsp;</li><li>Solid experience with technical requirements management   &nbsp;</li><li>Expert level in configuration JIRA/Confluence  &nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience with BI tools   &nbsp;</li><li>At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English  &nbsp;</li></ul><p> &nbsp;</p><p><strong>WOULD BE A PLUS</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the AdTech domain  &nbsp;</li><li>Scrum Master/PO certification   &nbsp;</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge &nbsp;</li></ul></div></section></div>
