As a Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise, you will be responsible for selling Smarsh's SaaS-based compliance solutions to top enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 clients worldwide. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and will often present to C-level executives. Key responsibilities include developing meaningful business relationships with key stakeholders, leading value-led conversations and presentations, driving effective internal collaboration, consistently exceeding sales quotas, maintaining accurate forecasts, and participating in contractual processes.

You will manage the complete end to end sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives.</div><div><br></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>How will you contribute?</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Deliver new business to Enterprise-level customers in a defined geographical territory by promoting our SaaS based compliance solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop meaningful business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, driving value-led conversations and presentations to articulate Smarsh’s strategic impact on their organization.</li><li>Lead generation, qualification &amp; opportunity management to closure.</li><li>Influence internal key stakeholders to drive effectiveness and collaboration for closing enterprise-wide deals.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently deliver against your quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely forecasts throughout the sales cycle on a weekly basis.</li><li>Negotiate and participate in contractual processes through close.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>What will you bring?</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>A minimum of 10+ years proven experience and history of quota achievement selling into global, large enterprise accounts.</li><li>Understanding of Banks, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FinTech, VC funds and their respective technology needs</li><li>Ability to have thoughtful conversations with decision makers and C-Suit executives (CCO, COO, CIO, CFO)</li><li>Industry experience and ability to sell through competitive landscape</li><li>Intellectual Curiosity</li><li>A passion to learn and become a student of our business.</li><li>Strong Business Acumen</li><li>Successful SaaS sales experience</li><li>High degree of accountability</li><li>Internal collaboration and relationship building skills</li><li>A commitment to the pursuit of excellence</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast paced, scaling business</li><li>Strategic thinker and problem solver</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="closing-description"><div><b style="font-size: 18px;">About our culture</b></div><div><br></div><div>Smarsh hires lifelong learners with a passion for innovating with purpose, humility and humor.
