Enterprise Marketing Manager

As the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will drive pipeline generation through enterprise and ABM initiatives to meet revenue goals.  Responsibilities include developing and implementing targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, build quality pipeline, and move prospects through the sales cycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and analyze campaign ROI.  The role requires identifying customer requirements, developing Go-to-Market strategies, and aligning with sales.  You'll also manage marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts and execute campaigns within budget and timelines.

As the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through enterprise and ABM initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals. You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, build quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams within Snowflake to plan and execute. In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore. This is a hybrid role and the work location will be primarily based in Mumbai. Job Description <ul><li>Identify enterprise customer requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams</li><li>Develop &amp; implement end-to-end marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives </li><li>Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts</li><li>Engage &amp; maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies</li><li>Own &amp; drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines &amp; vendor management</li><li>Evaluate all campaigns’ impact &amp; ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment </li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company</li><li>The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaigns</li><li>Experience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity</li><li>Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management</li><li>Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven</li><li>Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude</li><li>Fluency in English language </li></ul>
