The AI Learning & Development Coordinator will support the implementation of a company-wide AI skills enhancement program.  Responsibilities include designing and curating AI learning paths, collaborating with various departments to integrate AI learning content into existing programs, creating and maintaining learning materials (courses, workshops, on-demand resources), evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring materials remain current with industry trends.  This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of AI.  The coordinator will also localize programs for Japanese audiences and potentially contribute to other learning & development or talent management initiatives.

職務概要
AIラーニング＆デベロップメントコーディネーターとして、全社的なAIスキル向上プログラムの実施を支援していただきます。プログラムの提供をサポートするだけでなく、他の学習イニシアチブにAIを中心としたコンテンツを組み込むために、さまざまな部門と協力します。また、グローバルかつ多機能なプロジェクトチームと連携し、日本におけるプログラムの責任者としての役割を担います。

主な業務内容

<li>選定された学習ベンダーと協力し、さまざまな役割やペルソナに対応したAI学習パスを設計・キュレーションする</li>
<li>エンジニアリング、スタジオ、オペレーションチームなどの社内の様々な部門と連携し、既存のプログラムにAI学習コンテンツを統合する</li>
<li>コース、ワークショップ、オンデマンドリソースなど、学習資料の作成と維持をサポートする</li>
<li>AI学習イニシアチブの効果を評価し、進化するビジネスニーズに対応するためにプログラムを継続的に改善する</li>
<li>AIのトレンドや進歩に常にアンテナを張り、学習資料の最新性と効果を維持する</li>
<li>日本の受講者向けにプログラムをローカライズする</li>

その他、チーム状況およびご本人の経験と希望に合わせて、他のラーニング＆デベロップメント、タレントマネジメント関連エリアの業務についても携わっていただく可能性があります。
必要なスキルと経験

<li>ラーニング＆デベロップメント、タレントデベロップメント、または関連分野での3年以上の経験（例：技術またはAIプロダクトのプリセールスやカスタマーサクセスなど）</li>
