This HR Business Partner role at PlayStation focuses on strategically supporting the engineering department (approx. 1000 engineers).  Responsibilities include organizational planning, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, resource management (including recruitment, transfers, promotions),  and enhancing employee engagement.  This involves collaborating with various stakeholders across global teams (US, Europe) requiring daily use of English. The role requires developing and executing HR strategies to achieve departmental vision and goals. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, other HR teams, and leverage data analysis to drive effective solutions.
