Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote team and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion. Must have experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in Figma products, strong research skills, and proven collaboration with engineering teams.

You will craft design solutions from early ideation and prototyping to polished high-fidelity mockups and final production-ready assets. Embrace a fast-paced environment where rapid iteration through feedback is mission-critical.</li><li>Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system: Collaborate with engineers and design to evolve our component library, ensuring a consistent user experience across our platform while allowing for flexibility in design iterations.</li><li>Conduct thorough user and market research: Lead user research sessions, run competitive analyses, and gather data to generate insights that inform design decisions. You’ll advocate for our users' needs in every design choice across all disciplines.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Work alongside leadership, product, engineering, and customer teams to create cross-disciplinary informed solutions. You’ll be actively involved in prioritizing features and delivering high-impact solutions.</li><li>Contribute to a positive design culture: Participate in design critiques, share insights, and mentor less experienced team members to help foster a collaborative and interdisciplinary design-informed team culture.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a startup environment.</li><li>Proficiency with all Figma products. (Designing / Prototyping / Figjam / Organizing)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and improve design systems.</li><li>Strong research skills: experience with user studies, data analytics, and market analysis.</li><li>Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate design challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to balance creative vision with business and user needs. </li></ul><h2>What is it like working at StartPlaying?</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>We're a fully remote company.
