 Desired Experience : 0-1 years Job Description Responsibilities: <ul><li>Update our ATS on each step of the hiring process</li><li>Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles</li><li>Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates</li><li>Posting job openings to job channels and social media platforms</li><li>Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates</li><li>Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand</li><li>Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports</li><li>Participate in organizing company events and careers days</li><li>Nurture a positive working environment</li><li>Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed</li><li>Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels</li></ul>
 Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>Proven working experience in an office environment</li><li>Any prior experience in Recruitment</li><li>People-oriented and results-driven</li><li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases</li><li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>It will be a hybrid working &amp; the job location will be Ahmedabad Gujrat.</li></ul>
