 Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives and drive strategic growth for our B2B SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content marketing, content strategy, and team management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B companies and at least 3 years managing core teams.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to B2B SaaS, aligned with company goals.</li><li>Own the content calendar, ensuring a regular cadence of high-quality, valuable content.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure content is relevant and impactful.</li></ul>
Content Creation &amp; Optimization: <ul><li>Write, edit, and oversee the production of a wide range of content assets, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, and landing pages.</li><li>Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, increasing organic traffic and engagement.</li><li>Repurpose existing content to extend its reach and relevance across multiple channels.</li></ul>
Team Management: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, editors, and designers.</li><li>Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with business goals.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the content team.</li></ul>
Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Track and analyze content performance through key metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation, etc.).</li><li>Use data insights to continuously optimize content strategy and execution.</li><li>Present regular reports on content performance and make data-driven recommendations.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Cross-functional Alignment: <ul><li>Work closely with the demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure content supports lead generation and conversion goals.</li><li>Align content initiatives with product launches, sales campaigns, and industry trends.</li></ul>
Qualifications:Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the SaaS space.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading a content or marketing team.</li></ul>
Content Expertise: <ul><li>Proven ability to write compelling and conversion-focused content, with a solid understanding of the buyer's journey.</li><li>Expertise in crafting long-form content (whitepapers, case studies) as well as short-form (blogs, emails, social).</li></ul>
Technical Skills: <ul><li>Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul>
Soft Skills: <ul><li>Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
