As a Production Designer, (Motion Graphics – Digital Team) at Target, <ul><li>You will be responsible for developing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.</li><li>You will need expertise of digital and motion graphic best practices, design tools and software in order to build efficiency and scale into the work.</li><li>You will ensure all motion graphics, HTML5 Banners and video content adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.</li><li>You will be experimenting with new tools and methods to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual content.</li><li>You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>You will collaborate with creative teams in exploring animation possibilities for partner and leadership reviews.</li><li>You will need to quickly comprehend large amounts of information and build simplified, well-designed visual presentations in any given presentation software. You should also be able to recommend the latest styles and techniques for the most impactful presentations. </li><li>You will help apply production execution rules to all work, layouts and digital files including message hierarchy, branding elements, type-setting, photography and illustrations while ensuring quality and accuracy of work per standards and best practices.</li><li>You will manage all production design details in order to meet project deadlines and successfully integrate and balance big picture with day-to-day work.</li><li>You must have advanced English communication – spoken and written. </li></ul>

About You <ul><li>4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience</li><li>4-6 years of experience at fast-paced environments like Ad Agencies, Retail e-comm (or equivalent)</li><li>Expertise with iOS/MAC computer systems</li><li>Expertise with design softwares like Google Web Designer, After Effects, Illustrator, Sketch, Photoshop, StoryXpress and presentation tools like PowerPoint and KeyNote.</li><li>Basic knowledge of process and data visualization tools (excel).</li><li>Proven track record of work demonstrating ability to adhere to brand expectations, applying fundamental design skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to extend detailed concepts across multiple formats and channels while applying proportions of scale and production rules to each.</li><li>Strong success rate of receiving and interpreting motion design direction from creative partners.</li><li>Successfully collaborates and performs duties by solving problems, applying critical thinking, presenting and clearly communicating role and project needs with partners and leaders. </li><li>Proven track record of operating effectively, efficiently and with minimal direction through ambiguity.</li><li>Established success in simultaneously organizing and managing multiple large and small projects.</li><li>Stays current on emerging style, graphic and industry trends, innovation, and advancement in the fields of branding, design, as well as tools and technology used to perform role. </li></ul>
