The Accountant is responsible for a variety of accounting activities including the preparation of monthly accounting records as well as related reporting, analytical activities and initiatives. This role involves managing financial accounting, reporting, and internal control processes, overseeing daily operations, and identifying process improvements. <h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">General Accountant</h2><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">The Accountant is responsible for a variety of accounting activities including the preparation of monthly accounting records as well as related reporting, analytical activities and initiatives.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the company's financial accounting, reporting, and internal control processes to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Delivering monitoring and reporting jobs within TGC and related stakeholders. Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, expense reports, cash management, and fixed assets inventory management.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Continually identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Monitor and analyze industry trends, regional government/tax incentives, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports outlining financial data with a clear narrative for the senior leadership and other stakeholders.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Qualifications:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, with 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance/tax experience.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Qualified CPA or ACCA with strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS accounting standards, or related reporting requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience working in foreign corporate culture is preferred.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Fluent in both oral and written English.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Love games and interested in joining entertainment industry</li></ul>
