Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand ideas and needs, delivering them through rapid experiments.</li><li>Translate complex designs into polished, high-performance React Native code.</li><li>Ensure exceptional app performance, quality, and responsiveness.</li><li>Leverage native APIs for deep integrations on both platforms.</li><li>Maintain high standards for code quality, best practices, and security throughout development.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.</li><li>Work with backend engineers to ensure end-to-end system functionality.</li><li>Optimize app performance and address complex React Native issues.</li></ul>
 Requirements <ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in React Native.</li><li>Proven track record in developing and delivering large-scale gaming/consumer centric Android and iOS applications.</li><li>Expertise in tackling complex React Native issues and contributing to libraries.</li><li>Strong focus on optimizations and delivering the best app experience.</li><li>Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and TypeScript.</li><li>Experience writing unit tests with libraries like Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one native language: Android (Kotlin/Java/Compose) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C/SwiftUI).</li><li>Strong knowledge of state management tools like Redux, React Query, Zustand.</li><li>Experience with MMKV and async storage.</li><li>Ability to create complex animations using Skia and Reanimated.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of app performance profiling tools.</li><li>Expertise in monitoring and tracking app crashes and bugs.</li><li>Ability to implement ideas using the latest mobile technologies.</li><li>Growth mindset, passionate about building from the ground up, and fun to work with.</li></ul>
