Tribe Gaming seeks an experienced Broadcast Producer to plan, organize, execute, and oversee all aspects of live production events. This role involves collaborating with various teams (Account Managers, Content Producers, etc.) to create high-quality, engaging content. Responsibilities include producing and directing live broadcasts, managing production planning, innovating broadcast content, coordinating operational information, and serving as Technical Director.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of broadcast technology.  The role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Tribe Gaming is based in Austin, Texas with contractors located around the world. About this role: Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Broadcast Producer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and overseeing all aspects of creating and running live production events for Tribe Gaming. This is a collaborative role that will be working hand in hand with roles such as Account Managers, Content Producers, Social Media Managers, and other creatives. You should be curious about (mobile) gaming and live broadcast production and demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Produce, direct and execute all remote &amp; in person live broadcast productions from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and engaging content delivery.</li><li>Lead the production planning of Live Broadcast and Tournament events, including working with partnerships to build RoS, Creative team to request and develop assets for the show, and ensure the seamless integration of technical and creative assets.</li><li>Innovation of the product itself - proactively coming up with ways to elevate and grow our broadcasts.</li><li>Coordinate all relevant operational information for events, including remote broadcast technology, technical requirements, and facility information.</li><li>Determine the necessary resources for live broadcasts and events to operate efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Serve as the Technical Director for live shows, ensuring smooth technical execution and visuals.</li><li>Collaborate across departments to align on client needs and sales goals for shows, ensuring all elements are delivered successfully. </li><li>Establish best practices, define processes, and maintain consistent workflows for the execution of events, broadcasts, and tournaments.</li><li>Manage Live Broadcast team staff, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring.</li><li>Collaborate with the Partnerships Department on building strong relationships with external clients and successful productions.</li><li>Track and report on the performance of Live Broadcasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>5+ years experience in directing and executing live and taped broadcast productions, including both in-studio and remote settings.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events with attention to detail and tight deadlines.</li><li>Deep understanding of broadcast technology, equipment, and production workflows.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and design engaging content for a diverse audience.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and align across departments.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively coaching and mentoring staff.</li><li>Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live event broadcasts.</li></ul> What We Offer: <ul><li>An ambitious company focused on growth and continual improvement </li><li>A fast-paced fun team of passionate people</li><li>Excellent reputation with customers and within the industry</li><li>Competitive market pay</li><li>Unlimited paid time off, paid sick days &amp; holidays </li><li>Medical, dental and vision insurance</li></ul> Tribe Gaming is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
