Tripwire Interactive is seeking a passionate Lead VFX Artist to join their independent game development team. This role involves collaborating with the Art Director to create and implement engaging visual effects, defining technical requirements, and managing asset production. The Lead VFX Artist will also provide artistic critique, identify and solve VFX challenges, optimize assets, and establish a scalable VFX pipeline. The position requires mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of the VFX group, ensuring high-quality visual effects that support gameplay and character interactions.
