You will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through exceptional animation skills. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and create compelling 3D animations using Blender and After Effects.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to translate storyboards and concepts into visual animations.</li><li>Rig characters and objects for seamless animation.</li><li>Create realistic and engaging character animations, including facial expressions and body language.</li><li>Ensure animations align with project requirements, timelines, and artistic vision.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, software, and industry trends.</li></ul>
 Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D Animator.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Blender and After Effects.</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and pacing.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of character rigging and animation.</li><li>Ability to create realistic and stylized animations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional animation skills.</li></ul>
 Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience with additional 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max).</li><li>Knowledge of motion capture and its application in animation.</li><li>Experience in creating animations for [Pharma Industry, e.g., gaming, advertising, film].</li></ul>
