Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager at UFC GYM India in Sahakara Nagar, Bengaluru. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gym, managing staff, coordinating fitness programs, handling member inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. Qualifications <ul><li>Experience in fitness management, operations, and staff supervision</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of fitness programs and trends</li><li>Customer service-oriented mindset</li><li>Leadership and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Certification in fitness training or related field</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus</li><li>Passion for promoting health and wellness</li></ul>
