Responsibilities include developing complex Unity-based solutions for immersive VR experiences, optimizing performance across VR platforms, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, collaborating on architecture and system design, and staying current with industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of professional Unity development experience focused on VR applications, strong proficiency in Unity and relevant frameworks (OpenXR, SteamVR, OculusVR), and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
