Vertigo Games is seeking a passionate Community Manager to join their dynamic team in Istanbul. The role involves engaging with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram to create a positive and welcoming community. The Community Manager will act as the voice of the players, gathering feedback, and working with QA and Product teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include creating timely and relevant content for social media, maintaining a content calendar, handling conflicts with empathy, and using CMS/CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for FPS games, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and community growth.
