As a Junior HR Partner at Vizrt, you will provide expert guidance to People Leaders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.  You'll champion employee engagement initiatives, drive change management, handle employee administration (contracts, benefits, payroll), and enhance HR processes (salary reviews, leadership training, workforce planning).  You will analyze HR data to provide actionable recommendations and support offices in Portugal and Spain, with some support for Austria.  The role requires expertise in people processes, employment law, and strong communication skills.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our leaders are equipped to create a positive and high-performing environment, aligned with Vizrt’s goals and values.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><ul><li>Support People Leaders: Provide expert guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.</li></ul><ul> <li>Champion Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement based on global survey results and site-specific feedback.</li> <li>Drive Change Management: Collaborate with teams to prepare for, implement, and sustain change initiatives.</li> <li>Handle Employee Administration: Oversee employment contracts, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
