In our 5 global studios, we have more than 100 designers in dedicated teams of Graphic Design, Color Material and Finish, Craftsmanship, Industrial Design, Trends Forecasting, User Interaction, Motion Graphics, Usability, Design Research, and Studio Engineering. This Role In Summary As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead efforts to understand emerging trends, seek out real-life insights, and apply these learnings to design solutions that will impact the next generation of home appliances. Your Responsibilities Will Include <ul><li>Create assets ranging from conceptual sketches, CAD models, physical prototypes, and high quality renderings/animations to communicate design intent.</li><li>Work with a variety of process partners to gain an understanding of marketing strategies, manufacturing requirements, and engineering constraints. </li><li>Grow an understanding of our design strategies and philosophies by working with cross-functional design leads.</li><li>Work with design specialists in graphic design, CMF, UI/UX, usability, and craftsmanship to create fully immersive experiences. </li></ul>
Minimum Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited school </li><li>6-10+ years of professional design experience </li><li>3D Computer modeling skills </li><li>Strong project management and planning skills </li><li>Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines </li><li>Strong decision-making abilities and self-motivation </li><li>Strong visual communication skills</li><li>Mentor and develop junior designers</li><li>Ability to adapt design intent through the development process. </li></ul>
