Founded in 2015 the app started with payment solutions and soon set foot into financial services and wealth management. The company’s current value is at $1.7B and is funded by 4 investors, Tiger Global Management and Tencent being the most recent investors. Role Overview The brand is looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Social Media Management or social-first brands, particularly across Fintech, Tech, Grocery, or Hyper Delivery categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic &amp; tactical planning and execution and hands-on experience in building playbooks for consumer-facing social brands at different stages of growth. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Owner of the brand’s social media mandate for 3 diff brands. Develop all social media and content campaigns and always-on strategy &amp; roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. </li><li>This will involve social media management &amp; digital marketing, platform understanding, relationship management across platforms with proven track record of developing plans that leverage data &amp; insights to define the charter, role of social media &amp; support decisions. </li><li>Lead social media channel management, for 3 brands, on a daily basis and flawless execution of social media duties end to end </li><li>Ensure each of the brand’s visual, tone and style guidelines are maintained across social media </li><li>Develop clutter-breaking, relevant and delightful marketing campaigns for new campaign/category launches working closely with content partners, internal content, creative and broader marketing teams. Effectively direct and manage the development of multiple campaigns in parallel across languages and genres </li><li>Own the brand’s ORM – track sentiment analysis, design escalation matrix and ensure effective resolutions to negative conversations </li><li>Develop innovative social media and content marketing experiences that engage the consumer and help tell meaningful stories. Influence the broader content strategy of the business collaborating closely with internal creative teams </li><li>Be the voice in the room to always push the creative envelope for all social media campaigns </li><li>S/he should be working autonomously with teams (brand, internal design, PR , CX &amp; others), onboard agencies, as in when needed &amp; also take responsibility for driving defined metrics of measurement. </li></ul>
Must have <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years' experience in social media management, with proven success in growing and engaging online communities.</li><li>Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. </li></ul>
Good to have <ul><li>Experience in the fintech or digital payment industry.</li><li>Familiarity with paid social media advertising and performance marketing.</li><li>Strong network of influencers and content creators within the digital space.</li><li>Innovative thinker capable of generating creative solutions for brand challenges. </li></ul>
