We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our WorldWinner &nbsp;platform technology team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering team to define and develop product requirements and specifications for the WorldWinner technology platform. 
You should have a strong focus on problem-solving that leverages your technical background and experience while empathizing with customers’ needs to design product enhancements to improve their experience. Strong soft skills are required to collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams, to gain adoption and enhance these solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management, deep technical expertise, and a passion for creating innovative and scalable solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li> Understand platform / customer pain-points and translate them into a set of prioritized requirements.</li>
<li> Develop product requirements and user stories, and prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.</li>
<li> Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product development aligns with product vision and roadmap.</li>
<li> Cross-functional Collaboration developing partnerships with stakeholder teams including game production, marketing, and platform engineering teams.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Drive product roadmap, prioritization, customer experience, scope and requirements definition, and delivery to market. Synthesize needs of internal and external stakeholders into a clear, coherent, and regularly updated forwarding looking view of customer- and internal-facing capabilities.</li>
<li> Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of short- and long-term priorities. Build credibility through consistent communication.</li>
<li> Lead teams through the full development process from hypothesis to ideation, design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.</li>
<li> Maintain a culture of data driven development. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis, competitive analysis, product improvement experimentation, product analytics, and A/B testing to measure product performance and inform product priorities.</li>
<li> Manage product launches and product lifecycle, and ensure product meets quality standards and security/auditing requirements.</li>
<li> Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in development to inform product strategy.</li>

&nbsp;JOB REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li> 8+ years of product management experience in software technology </li>
<li> Background working with products that rely on Machine Learning, AI, Data engineering and third-party integrations</li>
<li> Prior consumer-facing product development experience, with a strong preference for gaming or real money applications.</li>
<li> Possess a strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.</li>
<li> Proven track record of working on products with complex and interdependent systems, preferably mobile games with interdependent free and for money play loops</li>
<li>Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies</li>
</ul>
