Could this be you?As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, and guide them through the selection process. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process and attract top talent to our organization. In this role you will <ul><li> Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.</li><li>Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post on various job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.</li><li>Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.</li><li>Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process.</li><li>Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.</li><li>Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.</li><li>Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process.</li><li>Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, hiring metrics, and recruitment activities.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>
 You have· 3+ years of experience as an advertising recruiter. A post graduate candidate will be preferred.· Strong people skills and fun-loving communication skills.· A positive attitude, smiling demeanor and a great team player who believes in fostering amazing culture.· Spontaneity with the latest trends and technologies across formats and platforms.
