QA Engineer

ZiMAD seeks an experienced QA Engineer for its Infrastructure department. Responsibilities include testing native and Unity modules on iOS/Android/Amazon platforms, testing client-server services, working with logs, participating in release processes, maintaining test documentation, and submitting bug reports.  The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of mobile app and API testing experience, familiarity with log analysis tools, and understanding of application lifecycles and mobile OS functionality.  Knowledge of client-server applications, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and Postman is essential.  The role involves contributing to the entire product development cycle of a multi-million user base of F2P games.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Infrastructure department.
Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Test native and Unity modules on iOS/Android/Amazon platforms&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Participate in testing client-server services developed for our game products&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Work with logs of integrated functionality&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Participate in the release process of new features and support game product releases&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Keep test documentation up-to-date; create test coverage for the modules and game products being released</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Submit bug reports and test reports to the bug-tracking system.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">1+ years of experience in testing mobile applications (Android, iOS) and APIs</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience with application traffic analyzing tools</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience with large volumes of logs (must be able to view logs on the server and get logs from a mobile device)&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Understanding the application lifecycle and how mobile OS function&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience in writing and supporting test documentation; ability to compose checklists and test cases&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience in applying various test design techniques&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Knowledge of the principles of client-server applications&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Understanding the responsibility taken for the products and services released&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Knowledge of the principles of http and https protocols, JSON, and ability to work with Postman&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Will be a plus:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Knowledge of programming languages and test automation tools&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
