Job Responsibility:
Machine standard work element for BE QFN machine project.
Create standard work element for QFN package to maintenance.
Prepare standard work element documentation for training.
Training L/M and P/M maintenance for New standard work element creating procedure.
Expected Learning & Achievement
BE QFN technology knowledge.
Trouble shooting for project implementation.
Learning way of working in maintenance file
Job Qualification:
The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, and other Engineering.
The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 4 months
Background in computer and IT
Strong logical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users.
Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
