Playtech‘s GamesLink unit is looking for a passionate, target driven Account Manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success.
The Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, pro-actively developing the relationship and generating consistent revenue growth in line with assigned targets. The successful candidate will be results orientated and have a genuine enthusiasm for succeeding within the online gaming industry.
Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business and understanding their assigned customers’ business in depth with a competent understanding of their KPI’s. Using the Playtech tools and “out of the box” thinking, Account Managers shall make proactive and relevant suggestions and recommendations to their customers in order to drive revenue growth. Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to analyse their customers websites and identify opportunities to improve the overall Playtech content exposure as well as providing dedicated day to day support and answer general queries.
