Responsibilities:

Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand. It is a global game publisher offering a comprehensive network of services for games, development teams, and studios around the world.

We are dedicated to delivering engaging and original gaming experiences to a worldwide audience, whenever and wherever they choose to play while building a community that fosters inclusivity, connection, and accessibility. Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors and efficiently direct them to the appropriate staff using the visitor registration system. Manage access cards, including new applications, renewals, and returns, ensuring proper security protocols.

2. Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of official parcels and manage delivery logistics.

3. Monitor pantry supplies and place orders as needed to ensure consistent availability.

4. Manage office stationery inventory, ensuring sufficient stock and timely reordering.

5. Coordinate facility management (FM) services, including cleaning, fumigation, and plant maintenance, ensuring all services meet office needs and compliance standards.

6. Identify and report potential security issues to management, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

7. Organize and facilitate on-site activities such as festival events and team-building activities to promote team cohesion and morale.

8. Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexible work schedules (3 days per week).

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

2. Strong English communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Office Management or related areas, with a high school diploma.

4. Previous experience in administrative or service industries, with demonstrated experience in handling office management tasks and coordinating with various service providers.

5. Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity software; experience with project management tools is a plus.

6. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
