Job Details

You will join us as our new product director where you will lead the product team for one of our top mobile games. You will be given the autonomy to set the titles strategic direction, ensuring that you maximize relevant KPI's in order to succeed.

What You'll Do

This is a huge opportunity for you to drive one of our games to higher success. The game generates €100Ms of dollars and is played worldwide however we know with the right leadership and direction there is so many more possibilities and opportunities for the game to grow.

As well as looking at the strategic vision of the game, you will be able to inspiring, mentor and lead a group of extremely talented individuals at various stages of their career. Getting the best out of your team will be critical for this role.

A further breakdown of what your role with involve:

  • Generate the vision and strategic standing for one of our top grossing F2P mobile games.

  • Be responsible for the game’s market position by creating and releasing features that see virality, are engaging for our key audience and highly monetizable. 

  • Leverage your team of product, marketing and project managers in order to execute the strategy

  • Drive the team to ensure KPI’s and metrics are a key focus

  • Prioritise the tasks and roadmap to ensure that the strategy is being executed in the most timely manner.

What We're Looking For

We are ideally looking for you to have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous success as a Product Director level
  • B2C mobile experience - we are open to sector, however mobile gaming is advantageous
  • Your ability to learn the mobile gaming market and industry and have a real interest
  • A strong people leader, ability to motivate, inspiring, coach and lead a team
  • Sound Analytical and numerical capabilities - We are very data focused
  • Strong communicator and excellent stakeholder management
  • A creative mindset and ability to bring ideas to life
