As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive platform initiatives to ensure that millions of players experience fast, reliable, and scalable PlayStation online services. In addition to leading teams and programs through successful outcomes, you will also champion AI-driven test case generation and automated compliance for backend services, helping to shape the future of quality assurance and platform reliability.
Responsibilities:
Drive platform programs, collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement requirements.
Act as the product owner, overseeing Platform Engineering initiatives.
Provide visibility into progress, risks, schedules, and timelines both internally and externally.
Manage relationships across 20+ interdependent teams.
Build strong lines of communication and drive alignment on requirements.
Identify and resolve blockers across internal and external teams.
Represent Platform Engineering and operations in key settings.
Define and optimize organizational processes (e.g., incident and change management).
Implement tools and processes for automatic compliance checks across backend services.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Program and Product Management for high-volume online services, with multiple major release cycles.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources to develop coherent strategies with engineering teams.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP).
Experience in functional testing.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing and compliance automation projects.
Background in managing AI projects, especially for test automation.

- 部門横断的なチーム間での優れたコミュニケーション、コラボレーション、対人スキル。
