Job Description

Our Training & Development team is growing! If you already have experience in the area of ​​learning & development, you are well-organized and full of energy to enhance progress and growth activities in our studio - we would love to meet you! :)

Daily responsibilities 

  • Training Needs Analysis:
    Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
    Collaborate with managers and other HR teams to determine training needs.
  • Program Design and Development:
    Develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
    Create instructional materials and guides.
    Use various training methods, including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Implementation and Delivery:
     Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
     Manage external training providers and vendors.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
     Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
    Continuously improve training programs based on feedback.
    Ensuring training database maintenance and training tracking in the central LMS system.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in L&D (learning and development) or in HR area.
  • Experience in EB/PR & Communication would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and program design.
  • Fluent English & Polish.
