Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join us remotely from the US!

Scopely is building an exciting AAA multiplayer action game for consoles, PC, and mobile, using Unreal 5. We believe this stylized fantasy project has the potential to be massive in scale and industry-defining!

What You'll Do

  • Maintaining asset lists and schedules across multiple discipline groups and external partners.
  • Initiate relationships with potential outsource vendors and manage evaluations.
  • Manage relationships with multiple external vendors, being their main point of contact.
  • Own the requirements, documentation, reference or material packages for vendors to ensure on time and quality art.
  • Review incoming work for quality, to ensure it meets all visual and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with our Art Director, Art Leads, Producers, and External Development teams to deliver high quality assets from outsource providers that follow documented style guidelines.
  • Continually evaluate and improve outsourcing pipelines and process
  • Identifying and vetting new potential outsource partners.
  • Seek out dependencies, issues, and potential roadblocks and work to find and execute solutions
  • Facilitate discussion between internal and external team members to ensure alignment on deliverables and needs.
  • Working with Team Leadership, Executive Producer, Central Services, Finance, among others, on budgets and strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of game production experience
  • Highly motivated self starter that jumps at the opportunity to organize complex projects.
  • Experienced working with external partners and outsourcing
  • Leadership experience on a major game project
  • An understanding of game art creation pipelines
  • Comfortable in taking full ownership of a team and making development decisions.
  • Expert communication skills
  • Experienced in conflict resolution
  • Mastery of project management (both Waterfall and Agile methodologies) and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • An eye for for product quality, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to wrangle logistics and drive teams to achieve deadlines

Bonus Points

  • A background in game art creation (2D, 3D)
  • Comfortable using art creation software (Maya, Photoshop, etc)
  • Experienced with Unreal
  • Pre-production and visual development experience
  • Passion for fantasy universes in any form of media
  • Passion for games and gaming

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $137,000- $202,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
