Job Description

This is a one-year temporary talent development program in semiconductors (computer platforms) based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The program offers hands-on learning through projects in five areas: Silicon Design, Computing Platforms Development, Software Development, Integration and Validation of Computing Systems, and Customer Enabling. Participants will receive training in semiconductor development and collaborate in high-performance teams. The program requires at least six months of experience in electronic board assemblies, PCBs, and electronics lab equipment. Strong communication, logical thinking, and an innovative mindset are essential. The role involves creating reports and presentations. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of electronic design (analog and digital), high-speed signals, and programming languages like Python or C++.

Job Description

With the support of the Jalisco State Government, we offer a program for your development that includes learning through assignments in projects, specific courses on Semiconductor Development and different abilities to work in high-performance teams.

There are five practical learning areas: Silicon Design, Computing Platforms Development, Software Development, Integration and Validation of Computing Systems, and Customer Enabling.

Please consider this is a temporary position (1 year).

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications,

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

At least 6 months of experience in the areas below:
Electronic board assemblies.
Basis Printed Circuit Board (PCBs).
Electronics lab equipment (Solder Station, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
Basic English level.

Preferred qualifications,

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge on electronic design (analog and digital).
High Speed Signals.
Programming languages such as Python or C++.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
