This GM will have full P&L ownership and be responsible for driving growth, maximizing regional performance, and orchestrating operations across a hybrid model that blends proprietary kitchens, independent chefs, last-mile fulfillment, and a tech-enabled, multi channel-based customer experience.The ideal candidate combines ruthless operational execution with high-level portfolio thinking, able to treat each sub-region — whether a borough, city, or suburban cluster — as its own business unit. They will optimize for growth, profitability, logistics efficiency, and customer experience across a variety of density profiles and delivery models. You must be a master integrator across marketing, culinary, supply chain, logistics, technology, customer experience, and strategy — someone who can both architect a regional strategy and drive Northeast, treating each metro area and sub-region as a distinct operational and strategic unit.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Use data to segment the region by demand density, delivery economics, and LTV/CAC profiles to drive targeted investments and resource allocation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Align regional decisions with broader company goals while flexing to market-specific drop density, kitchen throughput, and SLA adherence across geographies with diverse delivery needs.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Anticipate and solve complex trade-offs between cost, delivery
