We are a large social media network with over 30 million followers in geek culture, entertainment, and horror, aiming for 50 million. We need a Hybrid Manager to lead this aggressive growth phase, responsible for incubating, launching, and scaling new social media pages from scratch, covering creative direction and ad spend strategy. The role involves acting as a 'Page Lead' for new verticals, starting with a Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) page, managing daily content and backend ad campaigns for aggressive follower growth, and then replicating this process across other niches.

We are initiating an aggressive growth phase to hit 50 million followers, and we need a “builder” to lead the charge.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">We are looking for a Hybrid Manager - someone who isn’t just a content creator and isn’t just a media buyer, but a mix of both. You will be responsible for incubating, launching, and scaling new pages from scratch, handling everything from the creative direction to the ad spend strategy.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">The Role</h2><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">You will act as the “Page Lead” for new verticals. You won’t just be managing existing communities; you will be building new ones.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">Your Pilot Mission: Your first objective will be to launch and scale our dedicated Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) page. You will run the day-to-day content while simultaneously managing the backend ad campaigns to drive aggressive follower growth. Once successful, you will replicate this process across new verticals.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h3><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">1.  <strong>Paid Acquisition (The Growth Engine)</strong></p><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage and execute “Page Like” campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Design and test ad creatives to lower the Cost Per Follower (CPF) (Target: $0.01 per follower).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage a testing budget ($600–$1,000 per launch) and optimize for maximum efficiency.</li></ul><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">2.  <strong>Content & Community (The Retention Engine)</strong></p><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Curate and create high-engagement daily content (memes, news updates, videos).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Source viral content relevant to the specific niche (e.g., GTA leaks, rumours, gameplay).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Foster community interaction to turn “paid likes” into “loyal fans.”</li></ul><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">3.  <strong>Scaling & Strategy</strong></p><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyze page performance data to determine when a page is ready for monetization.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Eventually oversee a portfolio of 3–5 pages simultaneously.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with leadership to identify the next “winning” niche to target.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What We Are Looking For</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>The Hybrid Skillset:</strong> You are comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager looking at CPAs, but you also know how to make a meme that goes viral.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Deep Pop-Culture Knowledge:</strong> You genuinely understand the niches we cover.
