MetalBear is seeking a VP of R&D to lead and scale its R&D department, which includes Core, Integrations, Windows, architecture, and DevSecOps teams. The role involves shaping the technical roadmap, mentoring engineering managers, guiding architectural decisions for scalable and reliable products like mirrord, and attracting world-class engineers. This leader will partner cross-functionally to deliver developer-centric solutions at startup speed, maintaining technical direction and excellence.
