Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive role at Pachama involves landing new clients by building relationships with sustainability leaders, understanding their decision-making processes, and matching Pachama's solutions to their carbon credit strategies. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, demonstrating the value of Pachama’s product suite, developing relationships, exceeding sales targets, gathering client feedback, and occasional travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales and a strong interest in climate tech. The position is fully remote and seeks to attract ambitious individuals committed to climate change solutions.

<span style="font-size: 16px;">Pachama is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help Fortune 1000 companies invest confidently in nature. You will be focused on landing new clients by developing relationships with corporate sustainability leaders, mapping out their decision-making processes, and matching Pachama solutions to their carbon credit strategies. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success in enterprise sales, strong interest in climate tech, and experience in startup environments.</span>

<b>What You Will Help Us With:</b><ul><li>Gain command of the Pachama message, and become an expert on the company’s forest carbon projects and technology solutions</li><li>Manage the full-cycle sales process under an Account Based Management model from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing including doing deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs and pain points</li><li>Manage complex sales cycles and demonstrate the value of the Pachama’s product suite, including education on carbon markets and policy</li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with Fortune 1000 sustainability leaders and their ESG consultancy partners including finance and communications leaders</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships by creating organization and decision-making maps along with mutual action plans to execute against</li><li>Exceed quarterly sales targets by closing new accounts</li><li>Aggregate and distill client feedback for cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Science</li><li>Travel occasionally to meet customers and prospects as well as to industry events</li></ul>

<b>Experience &amp; Skills We're Looking For:</b><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience working in high-growth start up environments</li><li>Experience selling to VP and C-level executives</li><li>5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience and ability to demonstrate successful prospecting, identifying, and closing new business, managing a pipeline, and exceeding annual sales targets</li><li>Track record of success selling into Fortune 1000 companies</li><li>You have experience successfully bringing a new product or solution to market and the ability to give feedback internally</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Prior sustainability sales experience preferred</li></ul>


<div>$229,950 - $255,500 a year</div><small><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">The salary range for this position is $229,950 USD to $255,500 USD OTE . Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary for each posting reflects the compensation for new hire salaries for the position across all geographic locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The position is also eligible for equity.</span></div></small>
