Community Manager (Internship)

Passtech Games is seeking a Community Manager for a 6-month internship to work on their game, Ravenswatch. The intern will support the Communications team, managing social media, moderating communities, and monitoring player feedback. This role offers an opportunity to learn about communications campaigns, content distribution, and marketing strategies.

<h1 class="text-3xl md:text-4xl font-extrabold mt-6 mb-4 text-gray-900 tracking-tight">Position Duties</h1>Passtech Games is looking to train a Community Manager on a 6-month internship to work on our game: Ravenswatch.Your role will be to support the Communications team for our game and studio. You will work directly with the Communications Director and report to her, managing our social media accounts, moderating our community on various platforms, and monitoring player feedback as Ravenswatch is updated.During this internship, you will learn how a communications campaign works, from the initial strategy to the distribution of content and marketing actions.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Your tasks will include:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Creating content for our community website and Passtech Games social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Designing social media strategies for different communication channels</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Moderating our game communities on Discord, Reddit, and Steam forums through events, Q&A sessions, and moderation</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collecting player feedback, suggestions, and issues from players so that the team can analyze and address them.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Conducting studies, sentiment analysis, and monitoring.</li></ul>We are committed to a healthy and inclusive work environment in order to develop our games in the best possible conditions.
