By building reliable models, you give the marketing team the confidence to scale budgets, enter new markets, and optimize campaigns across the globe.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Your challenge as an Analyst - Marketing Measurement</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Define and measure the "True" ROAS. You determine how we calculate success for marketing. You will build a framework to help us calculate ROAS based on custom lookback windows and attribution models. Crucially, you will integrate predicted Lifetime Value (LTV) into our calculations, ensuring we scale based on long-term player value.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build and refine attribution models. You will design, implement, and update marketing measurement frameworks (such as Multi-Touch Attribution) to understand how different channels interact and contribute to our growth.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Guide the marketing effectiveness by helping with reporting and taking responsibility for the dashboards. Translate complex data into actionable advice. This role also manages all employment litigation and dispute resolution and oversees the U.S. immigration program by advising on global mobility issues and supervising the outside immigration legal team in the handling of all U.S. immigration cases. The ideal candidate is a creative and curious thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and change, seeks input and best practices from others, knows when to escalate issues and seek outside expert help, and collaborates cross-functionally to solve problems.
