3D Hard Surface Artists (Mid to Senior Level)

Our AAA Art team is growing and seeking skilled Hard Surface Artists passionate about creating high-quality, realistic assets for immersive gaming experiences.  Responsibilities include designing and creating high-fidelity 3D weapon & vehicle models using Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Designer; optimizing assets for real-time rendering; developing clean topology, UV layouts, and textures; collaborating with concept artists and leads; adhering to project guidelines; participating in team meetings and critiques; and staying up-to-date with industry trends.  The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of AAA game development experience, a strong art background, proficiency in specified software, a deep understanding of hard surface modeling techniques, and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for talented and creative individuals to join our team and bring their expertise in hard surface modeling to our exciting projects!</p><ul> <li>Design and create high fidelity hard surface 3D weapon &amp; vehicles using tools like Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer. </li> <li>Ensure assets are optimized for real-time rendering while maintaining a high level of quality and realism. </li> <li>Develop clean and efficient topology, UV layouts, and texture maps to meet industry and project standards. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with concept artists and leads with artistic direction and gameplay needs. </li> <li>Adhere to project guidelines, keeping leads and project managers updated on task progress. </li> <li>Actively participate in team meetings, reviews, and critiques to improve workflows and maintain a collaborative environment.
